    當社では、現在急成長中のデジタルセールスチームに參加していただける、中堅キャリアレベルのSDR擔當者を募集しています。このポジションは、東京のオフィスを拠點とした、営業組織との協業レベルの高いポジションです。

    このポジションでは、マーケティングキャンペーンに參加した新規の見込み顧客に架電やメールを送り、Splunk製品への関心や購買力を確認し、案件として営業に引き渡す重要な責務を擔います。卓越した口頭および文面による対人スキルを持ち、Splunk についてできるだけ多くのことを學び、お客様が Splunk を利用することで得られる価値提案を明確にできるようなビジネス洞察力を身につけることに専念します。

    Responsibilities:

    このポジションにおいては、Splunkとして提供する「世界トップレベル」の顧客體験をもってして、見込み顧客に最高の第一印象を與えてもらうことです。また、顧客とのコミュニケーションから、潛在顧客?見込み顧客の判斷をするとともに、案件情報をヒアリング後、適切な営業擔當者とアポイントメント調整を行っていただきます。インバウンドの問い合わせやマーケティングキャンペーンをフォローアップするために、目標を高く持ち、見込み顧客に対して迅速かつ積極的に行動していただきます。

    • 見込み顧客の上級管理職とのハイレベルな會話を行う。
    • 毎日30件程度の見込み顧客に電話、Eメール、その他様々な形でアプローチを行う。
    • 見込み顧客の予算、権限、ニーズ、導入時期を特定し、事前に案件の適格性を確認する。
    • マーケティングキャンペーンから案件を作成し、カウンターとなる営業擔當者とミーティングを行う。
    • 積極的にチームの學習機會に參加し、自分自身の成長につなげる。
    • 新規顧客や既存顧客の調査および関係の構築を行う。(例:連絡先の追加、メールの送信、戦略的な電話連絡など

    Requirements:

    • IT業界で5年以上のSDR?BDRまたはそれに屬する業務(架電やメールによる顧客開拓)の実務経験があること
    • 高い倫理観と道徳観を持ち、人間関係を構築することが得意であること
    • 口頭や文面による高いコミュニケーションスキルができること
    • 日本語が母國語、あるいはそれに相當する日本語ができること。読み書き以上の英語スキルがあれば望ましい
    • ダイナミックな環境下において、マルチタスクや優先順位付け、時間管理を効率的にできること
    • 優れた問題解決能力があること
    • 自発的かつ前向きな姿勢で、意欲を持って業務に取り組めること
    • 達成可能な目標を設定し、それを達成?上回る能力があること
    • CRMの利用経験があること。Salesforceの経験があればなお望まし
    • セキュリティやIT運用の理解があれば尚良し?

    Are you ready to change the way businesses think and do you want to make your impact? How would you like to be the face of the brand and help prospects become customers of Splunk? If so, then this may be a phenomenal way for you to jump start your sales career. We are seeking dynamic, experienced sales folks to join our fast-growing Sales Development team. This is a highly transparent, collaborative position based in our Tokyo, Japan office. In this role, you will have key responsibilities such as working through marketing campaigns as a hunter to cold call and email new prospects, qualify their interest and purchasing power for Splunk products, and develop a pipeline for the organization. You possess outstanding verbal and written interpersonal skills and you are dedicated to learning as much as you can about Splunk and building your business insight to be able to articulate the value proposition that our clients experience with Splunk.

    Responsibilities:

    You will create a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by proving them with "world-class" experience. You will complete initial introduction and qualification of potential sales opportunities for approval and assignment to the appropriate Sales Representatives. You maintain a sense of urgency and rapid response cadence in following up on inbound inquires and marketing campaigns. You are a strong performer and set the bar high.

    • Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in customer & prospect accounts
    • Contact 30+ prospects daily via phone, email, and other various forms of outreach.
    • Qualify pre-opportunities by identifying Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeframe.
    • Generate pipeline through marketing programs and coordinate meetings with Regional Sales Reps.
    • Actively participate in and add to team learning opportunities and your own personal development
    • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)

    Requirements:

    • Over 5 years of experience in a professional environment in IT Industry
    • High ethical and moral standards and great at nourishing relationships
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
    • Native level fluency in Japanese required, English proficiency for reading and writing in English is preferred
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • High energy and positive attitude
    • Ability to meet and exceed achievable targets
    • CRM or Salesforce.com experience a plus
    • Security or IT Operation experience preferred
