    Senior Program Manager, IT Compliance

    Splunk’s IT & Business Applications organization is searching for a Senior Compliance Program Manager who will be their subject matter expert and single IT point of contact for Legal, Audit, and Security teams. As the Sr Compliance Program Manager, you will develop and manage a framework that handles the intake, decision-making and execution of compliance work across the organization.

    • Develop a compliance framework that facilitates the intake, review, execution, and reporting across all IT and Business Applications systems
    • Act as IT’s single point of contact for legal and audit teams. Be the SME for driving compliance efforts & initiatives in IT.
    • Develop IT wide compliance roadmap and timelines using industry standard, risk-based approaches
    • Work across IT and Business Applications teams to initiate and implement compliance initiatives
    • Design and refine IT-focused security policies and controls
    • Develop and track measurable security/compliance goals and KPis
    • Navigate and negotiate scope defined by external compliance analysts
    • Coordinate with Splunk’s Global Security organization to ensure policies align with compliance

    I’ve already done that or have that!

    • 8+ years of experience in program management, 5 years of direct experience on security and compliance
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field is preferred.
    • Experience in compliance, information security, IT audit, and/or risk management.
    • Familiarity with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices: AICPA Trust Principles (SSAE 18 - SOC 2 and 3), ISO 27000 series, PCI DSS, SANS CIS Critical Security Controls, SOX, GDPR, CCPA, and regulations governing personally identifiable information (PII), and other regulatory compliance frameworks.
    • Experience using risk management (GRC) tools such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, etc.
    • CISA, CISSP, CCSK and other professional certifications are a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)
    • Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
    • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
