    We are looking for a software engineer who is motivated and passionate about identifying and diagnosing problems in large bodies of complex code, delivering fixes to customers with rapid turnaround time and high quality. We continually improve the product based on requirements and defects reported by Support, Customer Success and Field organizations.

    We are looking for multiple software engineers who are motivated and passionate about writing the best software and delivering innovative enhancements for our customers. Engineers who work best in teams, identifying and diagnosing problems in large bodies of complex code, delivering fixes to customers with rapid turnaround time and high quality. We continually improve the product based on requirements and defects reported by Support, Customer Success and Field organizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement major features identified through our program of work.
    • Implement minor enhancements as requested by customers from requirements gathering through delivery.
    • Investigate and implement fix to resolve product defects in the server components in an efficient and responsive manner.
    • Technically drive and resolve escalated issues along with Critical Situation managers
    • Dive into the intricacies of data acquisition, transformation, transfer, persistence and retrieval logic and rapidly deliver solution
    • Engage in design and code review of the product, and use the service experience to actively prevent future problems
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across different locations including global engineering, support, escalation managers, and QA.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in developing and troubleshooting multi-threaded server applications written in C++ on Linux and/or Windows platforms
    • Experience with scripting languages such as python is a plus
    • Experience with git
    • Strong analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills including use of tools
    • Experience with sustaining and maintenance of enterprise software is highly desired
    • Demonstrate passion towards customer success
